Orders

All orders are thoroughly prepared and reviewed so that they arrive at all times in perfect condition. Keep in mind the shipments are free by UPS in the Ground system, if you need next day, you must call us by phone or write us an email to make the change and pay the shipping difference. The hams can vary in approximate weight, in a few pounds, which can vary from 2 to 5 lbs depending on the weight of the ham and the construction of the pig. Once the packages are delivered to your home, our company is not responsible if you are not at home and leave the package for many hours in the sun, or in your mailbox, as long as it is boneless ham, sausages, etc., you must you have your own worry about the arrival of the package.

Product

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you are returning bulk All Occasion Veneerware items:
  • Please pack cases into an outer shipping box.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
